progress

So I've been down here two weeks so far, the last week was taken up mainly by the going ons of the annual missionary conference that was at the camp this year. So during that time I was mainly doing fixit jobs and running to town for groceries when needed since the house was occupied with guests. The bathroom is up and running with hot water, a wonderful shower and even the washing machine. This coming week we'll be getting a little more work done on the house once all the guests leave (Uncle Terry & Aunt Carol, The Flincks) and we don't have to worry quite as much about disrupting anyone but ourselves. Today we got the polycarbinite windows done in the clerestory which really lets in a lot of light, and cut down on the noise quite a bit. Next thing on the agenda will probably be getting kitchen cabinets made so we can set the countertop and maybe get the sink hooked up. That was one other thing I got done today, was hooking up the stove, which was a good thing because Aunt Carol made some wonderful sweets. So thats the progress so far, look for some more pics in the future. Current pictures can be found at: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=98389&l=b6d32&id=512415914 (yes I'm too lazy to upload them here too =P)
